On 12 December 2019 a set of rules for the arbitration of disputes involving business and human rights was presented at the Peace Palace at a launch event organized by the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Massimo Benedettelli took part in a panel of scholars and practitioners which discussed the potentials of these new Hague Rules. Fabio Santacroce and Caterina Benini report.
