Benedetta graduated from the school of law of the LUISS Guido Carli University with the top mark of 110/110. Her dissertation, entitled “The Evolution of State Immunity from Jurisdiction and Execution in International Law” focuses on the evolution of the customary norm of State immunity in the context of civil proceedings and its application in different legal systems.

Benedetta attended the Summer Course on Private International Law of the Hague Academy of International Law.  In 2022/2023 she took part in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, representing Italy at the International Rounds in Washington D.C. At the end of the national rounds, she obtained the “Best Respondent” and “Best Oralist” awards.

In 2022 Benedetta spent a semester at the Hague University of Applied Science.
