Stefano graduated summa cum laude in Law from the University of Verona in 2023, with a final dissertation entitled “Contract Interpretation in International Commercial Arbitration” (Prof. Marco Torsello). The dissertation addresses contractual interpretation from a comparative perspective and explores its application in the context of international commercial arbitration.

In 2024 Stefano obtained a master’s degree (LL.M.) cum laude in “International and Comparative Law” at the University of Pittsburgh, with a CALI Award in “International Commercial Arbitration” (Prof. Ronald Brand). In the same year, he attended the Summer Course in “Private International Law” at the Hague Academy of International Law.

During his academic career, Stefano has participated in both national and international competitions.

In 2022, he participated in the 29th edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the 2nd edition of the Cross-Examination Moot, the 10th edition of the Italian Mediation Competition, the 4th edition of “Mediazione a Verona,” and the 8th National Negotiation Competition (where he earned second place).

In 2023, he took part in the 2023 edition of the Pax Moot Court – Peter Nygh Round.

In 2024, he competed in the 11th edition of the LL.M. International Commercial & Investment Arbitration Moot Competition (winning first place and the Best Oralist award), and in the 2024 edition of the Ronald D. Ecker Memorial Client-Counseling and Negotiation Competition.
