Francesco graduated summa cum laude from the school of law of the University of Pavia in 2024, with a dissertation titled “Multinational Enterprises’ liability for human and environmental rights violations: prospects for a forum necessitatis doctrine”, analyzing access to justice for victims of human and environmental rights violations committed by multinational corporations.
Alumnus of Collegio Ghislieri, a college of merit based in Pavia, Francesco spent a semester at the University of Caen – Basse Normandie in 2022 and was granted a research scholarship at École Normale Supérieure in Paris in 2023. In 2023 he was also a trainee at the political section of the Italian Embassy in France.
Francesco took part in the European Law Moot Court Competition, qualifying for the Barcellona regional semifinals and ranking amongst the 16 best teams in the competition.
After his graduation Francesco worked for a primary Italian law firm and with the Milan office of an international law firm, focusing on litigation and arbitration.
