Since joining ArbLit in 2018, Gregorio has been involved as counsel, secretary and assistant to arbitral tribunals in several high-stakes commercial and investment international arbitrations under different arbitration rules (ICC, ICSID, CAM, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL), including in connection with post-M&A disputes, IP law and contracts in the energy and pharmaceutical industries. He is also involved in domestic arbitral proceeding and is a member of the litigation team, focusing on commercial, corporate and European law matters.

Before joining ArbLit, Gregorio obtained an LL.M. in “International Commercial Arbitration Law” from Stockholm University (2018) – with a dissertation examining the correlation between dissenting opinions and challenges to awards – and was a trainee at the Corporate Law Department of the Milan Court and at a leading Milan law firm specialized in corporate litigation and consultancy.

Gregorio graduated summa cum laude from the University of Milan (2015) with a public international law dissertation titled “Self-Determination, Secession and the Creation of New States”. During his university path, Gregorio attended the London School of Economics and Political Science Course in “International Commercial Arbitration and Litigation” (2013), studied for a semester at the Helsinki University Law School (2012) and interned in the legal department of an NGO active in the human rights field in Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia (2011).

A qualified attorney in Italy, Gregorio speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Swedish.
